Okay, I know. I said I would never, and I mean NEVER own a dog. I don't like the mess, or the smell, or how they always want to lick you. But I was caught in a weak moment on New Year's Eve, by some guy in a parking lot with a van full of puppies. But look at that face....how can you say no to that face? I couldn't!
Devin was so excited when we brought her home. He wanted to name her Kevin, after the bird in the movie "Up", but we decided on "Molly". I think it fits.
I think a lifelong friendship has just begun between these two. Molly has been so good for Devin. He has been asking for a dog for I don't know how many years. Now he finally has one, and he couldn't be happier. He even cleans up after her when she has an accident on the tile. Part of me says, "Why did I agree to get a dog? What was I thinking?" But another, less stressed-out and less fussy part of me says, "Why did I wait so long to get this precious little ball of love and energy and enthusiasm for life? She is just what we needed!"

I know what a clean housekeeper you are...I am with you on that but I now have dog#2 and I have to say they are so worth the mess and trouble. There is no love like the unconditional love you receive from a dog and I think they teach that to their owners. They are kinda like kids...worth the hard times! Molly is adorable and there is no way you can turn away that cute face. Is she a Lhasa Apso or Shitzu or what breed?

She's super cute! I never thought I'd be a dog person, either, but I can't imagine what it would be like around here without Freeway. I'm way excited for you!
